Shiver me timbers

Awesome. When you reviewed my song, you said you 'tried to write a pirate song' but I think you rocked it! This is exactly the kind of theme I would expect to hear in a pirate movie. I especially like the strings; they sound great with the strong brass, and when the chorus comes in, it sounds mysterious and adventurous at the same time.

Beautiful

I can definitely see this fitting in a video game. It's soft and flows nicely, and it perfectly invokes a pensive feeling. I also love what you did with the flute! I have a hard time coming up with stuff for woodwinds, so I'm always impressed when I hear somebody who can do it so well. This sounds like it's going somewhere great, and I'd love to hear the whole thing when you get your computer fixed!

Thank you very much! :D I appreciate your review. :) I actually lost this song and many others... They were in a folder on my computer desktop and my brother randomly decided to delete that folder since he was upset with me. :/ But I'll see what I can do to remake it sometime. :)

Impressive

I like this song. The vocals are nice and clear. The female vocals sound distant when you're singing together, maybe it's intentional, but I'm just pointing it out. The transition after the guitar solo is a bit sudden. Overall it's good! You've got a lot of potential! I'm guessing you recorded the drums and guitar separately? That's hard to do, and you pulled it off well. I did stuff like this in high school, and this song kicks the crap out of what we did.

Hyperius responds:

Thanks for the review! The reason she sounds more distant is because she can actually sing and sings far away from the mic, to balance out her belting, I on the other hand, suck at singing and sing really close and quietly. Thinking back, I could have definitely added more build-up to the guitar. Thanks again, glad you enjoyed it.

Mind-blowing

It's a treat to hear music of this caliber. T2 was on of my favorite movies growing up. Hearing this brings back memories of the times my dad would let my brother and I stay up to watch it with him. Of course my mom didn't approve, so we did it on the nights she had to work late. lol. This is outstanding and I really appreciate what you've done with it.

Nicely done

This is some exceptional work within Garage Band. The accuracy is spot on. You should add vocals!

Morien18 responds:

*Sigh* If only my vocals didn't suck ass on a mic... I tried so damn hard and wound up getting so angry at myself. I might try again soon.

Oh crap, what happened?

This song scared me. I turned up my volume to listen to it, and thought my key stuck or something (I'm on a Mac).

This is nice. Very creative. I've heard other songs using sounds from Windows and this ranks up there with them.

I invented the solar powered flashlight.
